झबरेड़ा का सबसे चर्चित केस जिसमें विधायक देशराज कर्णवाल को ग्राम वासियों द्वारा अपशब्द कहे जाने पर विधायक के प्रतिनिधियों ने गांव के कुछ युवकों पर एससी एसटी एक्ट का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था काफी दिनों तक यह केस न्यायालय में चला काफी दिनों बाद न्यायालय ने यह केस यह कहते हुए खारिज कर दिया कि पर्याप्त सबूत युवकों के खिलाफ नहीं है जिससे उनको बरी किया जाता है
