खानपुर – खानपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में राज्य सेक्टर योजनांतर्गत लोनिवि के द्वारा , वरिष्ठ विधायक कुँवर प्रणव सिंह चैंपियन के प्रस्तावों को स्वीकृत करने के उपरांत ₹ 9.00 करोड़ का बजट जारी कर दिया गया , जिससे 34 सड़कों का निर्माण होगा

वरिष्ठ ज़िला पंचायत सदस्या रानी देवयानी ने आज नगरीय क्षेत्र की 5 सड़कों, जो ₹ 1.32 करोड़ की लागत से बनेंगीं का शिलान्यास क्रमशः जलालपुर, टोडा, खटका, शिवाजी कॉलोनी व शिकारपुर में किया ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 29 सड़कें जिनकी लागत ₹ 7.77 करोड़ है का शिलान्यास किया । कुल ₹ 9.09 करोड़ की 34 सड़कों को सम्मानित क्षेत्रवासियों को समर्पित किया
इस अति-पिछड़े क्षेत्र का , जो सड़क मार्ग बनवाये गए , और बनाये जा रहे हैं , से अपेक्षित विकास संभव हो सकेगा ।
वास्तव में भौतिक विकास का खानपुर विधानसभा में कीर्तिमान बनाया गया है , और अपने को क्षेत्र के “मुख्य सेवक” कहने वाले वरिष्ठ विधायक कुँवर प्रणव सिंह चैम्पियन एक “विकास-पुरुष” सिद्ध हुए हैं
